Warranty Policy :

All of our products include a 1-year warranty, valid only for the original owner and it’s non-transferable. Customers are responsible for any shipping or freight costs associated with warranty repairs.
If replacement parts are unavailable or discontinued, equivalent substitutes will be provided.

* Warranty coverage does not include physical or water damage, which will void all warranties.
* Any modifications not expressly authorized by us—including :  component replacements, DIY repairs, wiring changes, molding replacement—will void all warranties on the machine.

In house service repairs are not included in warranty, We will provide all instructions needed via phone or email. In the event the machine can’t be fixed through this methods mentioned above, then we can Schedule a in house service (*Travel for service rates will apply *Parts required will not).
